Growing is thriving in uncomfortable situations! Leaving collections and joining BMO-TF Operations team after 15 years in the collection industry couldn't have come at a better time. I am very grateful to be working with an excited, innovative operations team to grow and service the transportation industry. In February 2019, I took a leap of faith to join BMO Transportation Finance as a Loss Mitigation Manager after being with my previous company for 11 years. As the Loss Mitigation Manager, I am responsible for the daily activities and operation of the Loss Mitigation Department including supervision of the Loss Mitigation Staff ensuring proper servicing of delinquent commercial customers with over the road transportation equipment. This results in reduced delinquency levels and reduced losses. I am fully versed and compliant with all the state and federal regulatory loss mitigation requirements. I am a subject matter expert with regards to industry loss mitigation techniques and programs. In starting my career with Toyota Financial I have had a multitude of experiences with internal and external customers. On a daily basis, I work directly with Dealers, Dealer Sales and Service Operations, Managers, my direct reports, and customers in collecting money and collateral to reduce losses. Not to mention many other departments within the organization. I have had the opportunities to work with Boys and Girls Club and Junior Achievement in the Cedar Rapids area. I am current involved in our Associate Involvement Committee to bring center wide events to our organization. I am dedicated, hardworking, and loyal giving 100% everyday. Prior to working with Toyota, I was a Senior Sales associate for Sprint working out of Cedar Rapids, IA from 2005 to 2008.
