Sourced furniture, accessories, hardware, and other necessities for clients. Manged 8 projects using Ivy project management, which involved tracking each item from proposal to invoice to purchase order. Reached out to over 100 vendors for quotes, to open trade accounts, or to place an order. Drafted measured spaces into a floor plan using either AutoCAD or Sketchup. Ran the Instagram account by sourcing inspiration images and scheduling daily posts using Sked Social. Updated the website via Squarespace with recently completed project images. Added blog posts through WordPress. Ran any necessary errands such as visiting showrooms, returning items, dropping off samples at a clients home, or getting measurements for a project. Oversaw and acted as main point of contact for client deliveries. Assisted in installations. Helped stage luxury residential homes, one of which sold for above asking price. Created internal and client facing spreadsheets that detailed product specs and pricing per room. Created mood boards using Photoshop and Illustrator. Organized and cleaned up Pinterest boards.

Worked on increasing client’s traffic through strategic keyword research, creating, proofreading, and optimizing content, and developing title tags and meta-descriptions proven through A/B testing to be more effective than the previous ones. As a result, increased one client’s organic traffic by over 300%. Also, made pitches for prospective clients, which involved research on common SEO tools such as Google Analytics and Moz and gained skills in coding by working directly on client’s websites through WordPress.
