Providing full cycle recruitment support to hiring managers through candidate sourcing, short listing, scheduling and supporting interviews, creating offer letters, as well as coordinating start dates and orientation. Other key responsibilities include; supporting managers with employee relations issues as well as drafting progressive discipline letters, setting up new hires in the HRIM and administering Group Benefits, running weekly reports, creating and updating necessary work flows, as well as supporting the HR Manager when needed. Additionally, this role has taken on the responsibility of completing Payroll for Hourly and Salary Employees through the use of ADP payroll system, which includes answering inquiries and ensuring payroll is completed in a timely and accurate manner.

Performing daily tasks such as Processing New Hire's and Internal Transfers, creating Employment Agreements, enrolling clients in our Group Benefits Plan, administering BC MSP, processing Maternity Leaves, and providing General Human Resources Support. Weekly and Monthly responsibilities also include creating, updating, and documenting administrative processes, running Ad Hoc Reports and processing data, as well as assisting other area's of the HR department to gain experience and provide support.
