Provided guidance for the Social Chair and Risk management chair to ensure that the social events being held are in compliance with Tri Sigma’s national policies. Attended seminars on Risk Management, Growth & Development, and more. Ensured that the chapter is planning and striving to meet all accreditation standards, following national policies and reviewing position statements and procedures regularly.Collaborated with Risk Management and Honor Council to ensure that educational programs are being conducted on a regular basis.

•Managed, updated and created new content using Adobe InDesign for all social media outlets. The new content resulted in 15 new sign-ups for the YMCA’s afterschool day care through Facebook. •Developed new marketing strategies which we used throughout the holiday season which created a 25% increase in attendance at the YMCA annual GALA. •Used Adobe Photoshop to create new graphic content for weekly class updates. •Updated and tracked weekly marketing analytic charts using Excel, through this, we found that user engagement grew by 12% in 3 months.

•Installed new company software on corporate phones for 200+ employees at MSK. •Produced regular Excel and Word documents for supervisor, sorted through filing cabinets and set up an organizational system to file documents for supervisor.•Effectively communicated with a team and confirmed 500+ emergency phones were working and within company guidelines.

•Implemented monthly educational events for 1,000 students to take part in. •Increased BU Greek’s Twitter and Instagram followers by 20% through strategizing new social media content such as stories, posts and questionnaires to engage target market.•Partnered with Recruitment Director and the University’s Dean of Students to create incentives for students and promote fundraising events which resulted in a 55% increase of attendance.
