I worked in the Abuse team at Slater & Gordon. I was PA to Richard Scorer and also Support Team Leader to the Serious Injury Team managing team secretaries and administrative staff.

I had various roles over the years whilst working at Pannone. I was a secretary and PA and then promoted to a manager working alongside the Heads of Department (Carol Jackson and Richard Scorer)assisting with the supervision of 170 staff. I worked for Carol Jackson who was a partner for 10 years dealing with serious injury and catastrophic brain injury claims. During my role as manager I was responsible for recruiting admin, junior and secretarial staff and overseeing the workload of paralegal/secretarial staff and generally overseeing the smooth running of the department.
