I have been in the fitness profession since 2008. Working with school children of all ages from primary through to high-school students helping them to develop gross motor skills, strength, hand-eye co-ordination and most importantly a healthy mindset. I have undertaken many roles as a coach, strength and conditioning specialist, mentor, instructor, personal trainer, senior trainer to now be able to manage a highly successful studio in the Inner West, recognised as the mot successful studio in the network across Australia and New Zealand. Over the past 6 years in the industry I have had the satisfaction of changing the lives of many young and mature. I have lived and breathed through the journeys of many wanting to help transform their life, their bodies, their minds, their emotions and mostly to help educate them to live a healthy lifestyle long-term. I believe my purpose in life is to help people to create the best version of themselves everyday. I help them to love who they are and the way they look at themselves in every aspect of their life. I am passionate about making a difference to someone's life in which ever aspect that may be.
