My responsibilities include, actively listening and planning travel for clients with careful consideration for their budget, time management and particular client based needs. It is my job to offer my services and knowledge of any city they are traveling to. I am also a key holder; I take care of the opening and closing responsibilities of the store and am in charge of maintaining the inventory of the maps.

Duties and responsibilities included checking in/checking out guests, overseeing the front lobby, providing my knowledge of the city to clients, giving directions, cash handling and doing the nightly closing procedures. As the night auditor it was my responsibility to maintain order of the hotel as well as verify that proper procedure was followed throughout the day. Once that was completed I would close down and run reports on the property, then reopen for the next day.

As a sales associate it was my responsibility to maintain the “touch and go” strategy with customers, making sure they were finding what they needed and receiving the proper amount of guidance with their purchases. As a key holder it was my job to be in charge of receiving the truck and stocking merchandise, opening/closing responsibilities and training other associates.
