I help our clients access career coaching through partner organisations and also maintain effective working relationships with those partnerships. I also am part of the gateway team, taking in new enquiries from clients, making referrals and delivering advice and information where needed.

I worked with young adults with additional educational and behavioural needs. I helped the students learn life skills along with encompassing a curriculum set out by the local authority. I used various communication methods such as Makaton and also wrote and carried out lesson plans to help the student achieve their educational goals.

During this role I provided live in care for two people with disabilities, this role consisted of helping with personal care, daily tasks such as shopping, cleaning etc and also maintaining a comfortable living experience.

During my time at Longlea I helped grow and manage a Domiciliary business. The Business started on 250 care hours per week with my involvement and hard work we grew the business to over 1,000 care hours per week. The main job role consisted of standard office administration job and also working on the CRM to organise care and rota staff.

During my time at Johnsons Apparelmaster I worked as a credit control clerk chasing payments and working with accounts receivable. I was also part of a project management team that helped re-distribute work wear to large contract with over 8,000 employees. My role within the team was to manage the stock coming in and out of the warehouse and distribution to the clients. I was also responsible for liaising with the on site distributors.

I worked at Holmfield as a care assistant delivering personal care to residents with nursing needs. Ensuring I worked to CQC standards and ensured the highest level of care was given.
