I obtained my BCom Degree (specialization in Management) through the University of South Africa (UNISA). Over the past 27 years, I have gained extensive administrative work experience in the Banking Industry, Pension Funds Administration and Higher Education Sector. My strong administration skills, attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities have enabled me to successfully perform my role as a Personal Assistant in the Financial Services Sector. My analytical skills and strong attention to detail have equipped me in my current role as Administrative Officer at the Doctoral Degrees Board Office.During the 10 years that I worked at the Vice-Chancellor's Office at the University of Cape Town, I gained solid experience with events planning and conference management. I am an experienced minute taker and understand the importance of daily diary management of a busy Executive. I am able to interact and communicate effectively with a wide range of people and work well under pressure.I am computer literate and have extensive knowledge of SAP, PeopleSoft and IRMA. I have an advanced knowledge of the full MS Office Suite; I enjoy creating PowerPoint presentations and I am very comfortable working with Excel.I am sure that my proven dedication in the workplace, my professionalism and my ability to maintain high working standards will ensure that I am an asset to any organization.
