As an Assistant Principal and former Personalized Learning Coach and teacher at School District 49, I have over 10 years of experience in education, with a focus on creating and leading a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports the growth and success of students, staff, and the entire school community. I hold a Master's degree in Administration/Principalship from Western Governors University, and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from University of Colorado Colorado Springs.My core competencies include curriculum, personalized learning, and instructional coaching, which I apply in my role as an Assistant Principal. I am passionate about fostering academic excellence, student well-being, and community engagement, by implementing effective instructional strategies, supporting professional development opportunities, and incorporating social-emotional learning initiatives into our school culture. I am driven by the desire to create an environment where every student feels valued, supported, and inspired to reach their fullest potential.
