20+ years of experience leading at Southwestern Bell, AT&T, and DirecTV at multiple levels of leadership, in a variety of developmental assignments including call centers, vendor management, procurement, corporate real estate, dispatch operations, sales, and technical support. I have a proven history of successfully managing through the ambiguous nature of new division/product start­ups, and similar success in a post M&A team. Assignments included direct management of center operations, as well as staff support roles to manage programs & projects including release life cycles, testing, and business requirements development. Promoted or progressed on average every 2.5 years. I have managed initiatives at a national level, multi-product, customer touch points and experience with the entire life cycle of a customer, across all lines of business. My largest and most recent project was a $250M 3-year Ordering & Billing Systems migration as DirecTV continued to separate from AT&T post divestiture. Throughout my career I have found innovative ways to use existing platforms to create new tools.
