I am a hardworking, fast learning individual will the experience of project management, marketing, administration, and customer service skills. I have worked on several real-time projects with local clients to help their business's succeed into the future. I was part of the Enactus organizations during my time at Fayetteville state where I was project manager and oversaw a very special project to help with the education ability and accessibility of children in low-income areas in my community. I understand brand awareness and have the ability to create Advertisements and Campaign Briefs to present to clients, as I have done for a local photography business. My advertising project received 2nd place in the FSU Project Showcase, and my project "Little Libraries: The Gift of Reading," won first place in its league in the Early Stage Competition at the Enactus Nationals Competition. I have even been extended a paid internship with a non-profit client I worked with and oversaw the needs assessment of capacity planning. I know how to create and implement surveys and understand how to interpret and analyze the data. I believe that organization and adaptability is important. I have become well adapted to time management which came handy after having my son and tried to tackle my schooling and a job. I am sociable and loving communicating with others. I have great teamwork skills and love the diversity teams can bring to a company with each having their own fresh ideas. I have the knowledge and ability to handle large amounts of money as I had to count a safe each morning and night for one of my jobs. I have been in charge scheduling employee breaks and responsibilities and have crossed the floor from customer service sales associate on many occasions.
