Leading a team of over 75 associates, ensuring housekeeping department is following the MVW standards and policies. Performing all HR duties including interviewing, hiring, onboarding, scheduling, training, discipline, processing payroll through Workday, promoting and creating programs to increase associate engagement and development. Creating and managing the housekeeping budget through use of PowerTools Suite. Overseeing all ordering and receiving through Birchstreet system. Handling and resolving guest issues, acting Manager of Duty on a weekly basis, overseeing property room and supply inventory.

Managing a team of over 100 employees, assist with payroll processing and corrections, assist with hiring and training of employees, and ensure guest rooms are cleaned according to company policy and well maintained.

Managing all departments of the hotel including front desk, housekeeping, laundry, gift shop, maintenance and breakfast. Hiring, training, continued education for all employees. Processing daily deposits and balancing daily ledger accounts, overseeing budgets for all departments. Payroll processing, end of month reports and coordination of all group sales and special events.

Group sales and event planning for hotel meeting spaces and rooms. Coordinating food and beverage as well as booking new business.
