Trough my master studies, I worked at TV 2 for nearly 2 years. From this job I have gained a wide knowledge of the many different aspects of marketing, with focus on branding and campaign development as well as an insight in to a big traditional media house.I assisted the campaignleaders and brandmanagers in different tasks - from intelligent research, creative brainstorms, digital community management, program trailers and events.

6 month project hire, working on the project of renewing and innovate Wholesale Banking HR's intranet for better internal communication. My project hire at Nordea gave me a lot of responsiblity and knowledge of the challenges of working with innovation and changes in a big orgaisation. To solve this task I started by analyzing the organisation, their work processes and their existing communication. This was done through observations and qualitative interviews. Using these findings I could afterwards start redesigning new communicationfocuses and tools.This job experience gave me an insight in a big coporate organisation and challenged myself in managing the project myself - from analysing the problem to deliver a digital communication solution.
