Responsible for global business transformation in P2O processes for Unified Communications and Collaboration business. Designed and implemented new software (SAP CPQ Configure, Price, Quote) and associated business processes to support streamlined/standardized quoting and ordering for all channels to market, including integration into legacy SAP and CRM infrastructure.

Responsible for implementing new eCommerce software supporting multiple stores globally allowing customers and indirect partners to order simple product purchases, contractual product exchanges and software subscriptions (e.g., Circuit). Stores included integrations to multiple SAP systems and covered several languages and currencies, including export control compliance checks and credit card payment gateway.
