Amanda Chapman is a full time real estate agent with Cadwell Realty Group and is also a native Oregonian who was born in Albany, raised in Sublimity and currently lives in Turner. Amanda helps her clients buy and sell homes, bare land, investment properties and agricultural properties in Keizer, Salem, Stayton, Aumsville, Turner, Scio, Lebanon, Albany and surrounding areas in the Mid-Willamette valley. Her intimate knowledge of the area has proven to be extremely helpful to people interested in relocating to Oregon. Prior to her career in real estate, Amanda attended Clark Community College studying Business Management. This education has given her a solid foundation for business practices and systems. Her background in property management is what sparked her interest in real estate. She began as an on-site property manager for an apartment complex for 2 years and was then promoted to property supervisor overseeing on site managers. She realized her love of helping people attain the ultimate goal of homeownership during her time helping renters. It was during this time that she committed to getting her license in real estate in order to help people with the process of home buying and selling and looking for a place to not only live, but make long lasting memories. The cornerstone of Amanda’s business is lifelong learning. A natural daily practice is to study the local real estate market, real estate related technology and building relationships with local business partners in the real estate industry. Amanda is very involved in staying current with trends in investment real estate, 1031 exchanges and developments. She has a knack for helping her clients navigate real estate transactions seamlessly and creating solid strategies when negotiating. When Amanda is not helping her clients, she enjoys spending time with her family and their dog. She enjoys planning and going on outings with her husband, Cliff, and their son, Reed.
