I worked with the Executive Director to raise over $1 million to help families move from homelessness to financial stability.

I diligently drove DU's Great Lakes/Atlantic Region's 21-state private foundation program. One of my major contributions was that I developed grant proposals for foundations throughout the country, including writing, preparation of supporting documentation, drafting, and collection of required attachments to receive financial support for the North American wetland's conservation program. Key Achievements: • Attained millions to DU's wetlands conservation programs over six years. • Defined goals, objectives, and metrics for the Corporate and Foundation Relations program. • Contributed to conserve over 200K acres across the county for DU each year.

I remained well-versed in providing private/public schools and after school programs, in the Memphis area with anti-bullying programming through partnership. Furthermore, I devised and executed The Respect Program's to build resiliency and social skills in children (2-14) through literature and artistic expression that prevented bullying; program featured in the Commercial Appeal, News Channel 3 TV's show Live at Nine, and in Memphis Parent Magazine. Key Achievements: • Recruited 17 nonprofit agencies and collaborated to provide children's programming at 35 sites in Memphis and West Memphis. • Provided programming to over 1,000 children and anti-bullying workshops for over 100 adults by 2015. • Structured and offered scholarships to schools and afterschool programs unable to pay for the program.

Design and implement program evaluations for relational aggression prevention and friendship-building programs in K-12 schools. Analyze qualitative and quantitative evaluation data for regional and national programs. Conduct quantitative analyses using SPSS. for Violence and Injury Control; Responsibilities included conducting quantitative and qualitative data analysis on many projects, including research into gang violence and school violence in Pittsburgh. Analyses were conducted using SPSS, Microsoft Excel, and the GIS package ArcView. Additional research responsibilities included designing and implementing databases using Microsoft Access and assisting with survey design.Coordinated the Pittsburgh Helmet Coalition (PHC). Activities included forming a board of directors, creating a strategic plan, designing a website using HTML, coordinating volunteer efforts and programming, budget planning, and applying for funds from private foundations and corporate sponsors.

Performed an evaluation of the Interfaith Volunteer Caregivers volunteer program. This included interviewing staff to set goals for the evaluation, creating instruments and procedures for data collection, collecting data, writing a final report, and strategizing about ongoing evaluation procedures.
