I help manage our Dialing Divas team at DevelopIntelligence (DI). The Dialing Divas are a group of stay at home moms, all living in Upstate New York. The team is all part-time, to allow for hard work during the days, but more importantly, the time needed to help raise a family during the off hours. The Divas are focused on outreach to companies to help determine if the DI team's model can help them attract and retain web developers, and ultimately grow their businesses!

Provide direct supervision, leadership, guidance, and coaching in the areas of program innovation & implementation, budget development & management, member interactions & retention, volunteer development, facility management, staff supervision, and fundraising to a team of 4 full-time Directors and 1 full-time coordinator along with indirect leadership to 3 full-time coordinators and 133 part-time staff.

• Developed, implemented and evaluated all new YMCA family programs for a membership base of over 20,000 YMCA members • Responsible for the well-being of 250 children (6 weeks – 7 years old) on a daily basis, including implementing age appropriate activities to help develop social, physical, and intellectual growth of children• Implemented all policies and procedures in the Family department and managed all day-to day operations including training, hiring, scheduling, evaluating, and terminating

• Worked directly with the teen population (12 – 17 years old) to provide quality programming, oversaw the day-to-day operations of the Teen Center and supervised 6 Teen Center staff, including a coordinator.• Developed and expanded the Teen Department to the extent at which a stand-alone Teen Director was required separate from the Family Director
