Oversees all aspects of EMSS in conjunction with relevant University and EM policies and procedures; Oversees the creation and maintenance of content for the systems used to support the EMSS staff; Responds to escalated student service issues; Collects and analyzes data regarding performance of the area; Works with designated staff in other units to determine services provided, service timelines and expectations; Reviews policies, procedures and systems to identify possible methods of increasing efficiency or improving service; Chief point of contact for IT on our external Oracle Cloud System; Trains staff through EM on technology; Supervises all EMSS staff, including hiring, goal setting, training, evaluations, disciplinary/termination as needed.
