From running my own business, managing 100 students for the Royal Moscow Ballet, organizing successful fundraising events for special needs children resulting in high dollar volumes, working in the food industry and supervising quality control in closed door pharmacies, my skills are diverse. Over the course of my career, I have learned to quickly recognize exceptional talent and implement plans with goals that develop those individuals into exceptional leaders.
