Providing skilled occupational therapy services in a skilled nursing facility to individuals with various acute and chronic medical conditions including spinal cord injury, stroke, amputation, cardiopulmonary conditions.

Providing post acute neurorehabilitation services to individuals who have sustained an acquired brain injury or are significantly impaired by neurological conditions. Services included evaluations, individual and group treatments, vocational and community reintegration, and collaboration with patients, family members, and team members to maximize patient outcomes.

Proving skilled occupational therapy assessment and treatment in a skilled nursing facility to individuals with orthopedic, cognitive, neurological and cardio-pulmonary conditions.

Providing acute care OT services to individuals with orthopedic conditions and post-op surgeries, amputations, chronic wounds, as well as with individuals pre- and post-transplant surgeries.
