In my role as Project Manager I delivered a number of business change projects across the organisation. I was required to communicate effectively with key stakeholders, across all levels of management to ensure project success. This required presentations at meetings and conference as well as written updates and newsletters to staff and senior managers.I was responsible for the line management of project team members, across a number of geographical locations, agreeing key work objectives. I provided regular performance feedback in order to promote continuous improvement and motivation of project staff. I ensured the successful development and delivery of solutions according to defined scope, time and cost parameters by planning, scheduling and controlling project activities and resources. I communicated at all levels across the Department at both project and programme level and with third party suppliers. I ensured project risks were analysed, prioritised and mitigated as appropriate and kept Project Board regularly informed of progress via the relevant reports in a timely manner.
