I have extensive knowledge of the property industry and the required qualifications that give me the unique background to offer a focused and dedicated personal service in the often complicated housing market and support estate agent needs. As an accredited DEA (domestic energy assessor) I am excited to be offering a host of services to meet the needs of the industry with competitive pricing and delivery, supported by a host of optional add-on services that quickly reduce the time and costs for the estate agent while increasing the quality and profile for all parties.

David Clark and Co are an independent estate agents based in Ely where one of my key roles is property valuations, although as with all independent companies I am heavily involved with property viewings, marketing, advertising and sales negotiations.My role therefore encompasses the whole process, the initial valuation, the photography, viewings, negotiation, qualification of the buyer, sales progression and handing over of the keys and I regularly achieving my set targets.I recently completed my NAEA award and I am keen to continue along this path.

Having taken a carear break to start a family, I joined Sanctuary Housing who are a “none profit” organisation and worked as the manager of their homeless hostel in Ely, this highly pressurised environment really improved my time management skills.I dealt with various local organisations from police, council works, social workers, hospitals and the homeless.I would interview the applicants, allocate rooms, explain the tenancies, organise trades, liaise with support workers, write reports deal with a wide range of incidence and help individuals find a path to education or career.

Working out of both the Barnet and Hemel office where I was responsible for a small team of consultants, I would set various goals and targets, oversee the running of these teams and organise or administer training where needed.I developed a strong client base and managed this alongside marketing strategies to take my branches into top performing offices.I primed and interviewed candidates and prided myself on getting to know my clients in order to give them the best candidate fit.
