Majoring in advertising with a concentration in design, I’ve always had a love for community, connection and business promotion. I work best in worlds where I can merge both creativity and strategic thinking to keep me balanced and acting with purpose.Growing up in athletics has always given me a level of resilience, and a teamwork mentality that has supported my career. I’ve even coached gymnastics and personal trained in my free time, and it’s shown me the motivational drive to not only attain, but to support in others.After a rude awakening in my perspective to health and wellness, shedding light on holistic healing, I wrote a book and started a coaching business. I was able to gain a lot of experience, quickly, being the sole person driving both the message and the business itself. As much as leadership was already a passion of mine, I was able to step up in a way that allowed me to uncover more of my capabilities.I love people, I love seeing them thrive, and I love seeing communities develop together through business and a larger awareness. Anytime I can be gifted with being a part of this equation, I am excited to support it.
