• I was an Independent Therapist, as well as, served as a direct Clinical Assistant, and an Internship Assistant Coordinator. I supported Dr. Marti with clinical duties such as: psychological evaluation report writing, facilitating assessments, scoring assessments, intakes, intern coordination, data entry, authorizations, and scheduling.• Facilitated individual and group therapy sessions providing care for clients by using psycho-education, assessments, and evidence based interventions to instill support and initiate change.

I served as an assistant teacher implementing lesson plans and supervision for children 0-5 years old. Further, meeting basic needs, while aiding in social, emotional, spiritual, and developmental growth.

• Served as an Assistant Family Teacher in a residential facility implementing and providing an integrated continuum of care that instilled Boys Town values to strengthen body, mind, and spirit. Primarily utilizing Cognitive and Behavioral techniques in a family style living environment for 4-8 at risk youth. Typically of the ages 8-18 years old. • I was a part of a treatment team that consulted and collaborated with family teachers, clinical directors, directors, therapists, doctors, case managers, parents/families, schools, and psychiatrists to ensure a treatment plan was effective for each individual youth.

• Served as a Youth Care Worker for a secured residential facility that provided temporary placement for at risk youth until a more permanent placement was found. I monitored youth skills and progress, and supervised behaviors to maintain a safe living environment, supported each youth’s academic performance, transported youth to activities, implementing therapeutic techniques, and provided progress summary documentation for youth ages 11-18.• I was a part of a treatment team that consulted and collaborated with therapists, doctors, case managers, parents/families, school, and psychiatrists to ensure a treatment plan was effective for each individual youth.
