I have had many responsibilities during my 24 years in education from leading DT, PE, PSHE, maths and most recently literacy. My school is a Talk for Writing training centre and I deliver training in school as well as support schools, both in our academy trust and outside. My role as deputy means I have been instrumental in developing the curriculum for our school as well as being an ECT facilitator and a facilitator on the recent NPQLT courses.
