Current-Leads training sessions for employees at various levels using a variety of training methods, including in-person, virtual, and blended learning approaches.-Designs and develop comprehensive training programs tailored to need.-Create training materials, manuals, and presentations that are engaging and informative.-Supports the Client Engagement Center (Sales) by developing specialized training programs focused on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer relationship management.-Develop detailed study plans for new sales hires to pass the SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 Exams.-Supports employee development by providing ongoing support and coaching to employees.
