Have responsibilities of liaison with storage engineering group regarding project scope, along with project communication, schedule, cost, safety, environmental, quality, and risk. Manage programs’ construction contracts and an annual capital budget.

Manage and supervise 9 professionals in the support of company initiatives. Departments include: Storage, Environmental, Cathodic Protection, Investigation and Claims, Safety, Training and Operator Qualification. Department personnel support all company personnel with the above functions. Participate in regulatory compliance inspections. Environmental regulations are always evolving and require constant analysis. Many Safety and Training initiatives, along with Operator Qualification process enhancements, have been implemented in the limited time under my guidance. Storage field process improvements have also been made due to pending regulations.

Personnel also operate and maintain company cathodic protection facilities. Participate in regulatory compliance inspections. Manage company’s construction contracts and $30M capital budget.

Design general storage and transmission facilities for regulating, metering, heating, and odorizing natural gas. Manage all gas company environmental projects. Design, implement, and supervise storage programs. Develop all gas company measurement related processes. Design, manage, and implement specific measurement related technology projects. Communicate between Engineering and Operations Departments on projects. Provide additional engineering resources and support directly to Operations. Design, manage, and implement specific measurement related technology projects. Design general storage, district, and commercial/industrial facilities. Provide system planning and design with modeling software.

Develop, plan, coordinate, and supervise injection/withdrawal plans and well workover projects.
