Suncor is a Calgary-based integrated energy company providing energy from a mix of sources, ranging from oil sands to wind and renewable fuels.At Suncor I was part of the HR Administrator project team, which was created to specialize in large-scale employee change management as well as base business HR Administrator work. As key contributors in four major projects, we completed a total of over 3,400 transition and employee change packages, accurately tracked updates to transition dates/employee data, and utilized ServiceNow to smoothly facilitate next steps with other Human Resources teams. In between project work, I had the opportunity to assist as an additional resource for numerous teams across Suncor's HR department, including Offboarding, Pension & Benefits, Time Administration, and the Employee Centre (New Hires, Integrated Disability Management, and Transactional work).

RW & Co. is a Canadian owned retail company specializing in business and formal wear.As a sales associate at RW & Co., my role was to create an exceptional customer experience by building meaningful relationships with clients that enhanced brand loyalty. Promoted to Keyholder after one year, I assumed additional management responsibilities of training new and seasonal staff, opening the store, and managing team sales segments.
