Worked at the Bastrop walmart for a year and a half until I was specifically requested by a Houston Market manager to help various struggling stores in his area. During this time I was sent to different stores for 3 months at a time in order to address failing processes. I Managed a training store that failed audits and successfully lead them to pass all audits after 3 months. I acted as store manager for my home store while the store manager was out and improved inventory management on the grocery side to the point where all freight went truck to shelf with no overstock.

Selected for my ability to quickly deescalate and solve customer issues. During my tenure I improved front end metrics (clean, fast, and friendly scores) from 98% of goal to 101% of goal. I improved merchandising around store by quickly reacting to seasonal changes and finding creative ways to display features sent from the warehouse. I created and executed Black Friday merchandising and staffing plans to ensure a successful and safe shopping event.
