I'm incredibly proud to have been elected in May 2024 to be a Borough Councillor for my ward in Rugby.

Being a councillor of our local Parish Council will mean that I can hopefully make a positive impact on the area that we live. This role is unpaid and I’ve started doing it as I genuinely want to make a difference for our local community and for our girls as they grow up.

I have completed the graduate trainee scheme at Mitchells and Butlers. Placements and roles during this training have been:- RBM for seven Harvester restaurants. Top of brand for CMi scores, 20% LFL sales growth, increased focus on guest satisfaction and recruiting the right people- Significant front of house and back of house experience in different brands- Roll out of unlimited soft drink machines in Toby Carvery- Wrote brand manual for Miller and Carter- Presented to the HR Exec a paper on legal working compliance

Conducted a lot of awareness activities within the community so they could see the value of getting their children back into the school system. I also taught some classes.

I worked in China for two months to teach two classes of students through summer school. I absolutely loved working with the children and coming up with new ideas to engage the class

Working as the only dedicated marketeer in the company I had the opportunity to work with many functions. Projects completed include market feasibility presentation for government funded technology, product launch coordination at Korean fair, and renewable energy market research.
