In this role I was responsible for managing social media accounts (community of 300K+ followers/fans), and providing technical and customer support for the brand MUTTS (https://mutts.com/). Social media accounts include Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, and GIPHY. Responsibilities include post scheduling, maintaining brand consistency, community engagement, and shop management (via Facebook and Instagram). Technical and customer support was provided for the email subscription service, the e-commerce shop and order fulfillment (via live chat services and Zendesk ticketing system), and website maintenance.
