- Meeting with QA leaders once a week to go over calls and check their processes- Meeting with new hire trainers to continue to make training efficient- Meeting with team leads once a week to go over the questions we're receiving during the week and discuss processes and solutions- Taking the escalated calls from our Dallas team- Taking escalation cases from the Account Managers and Sales teams
