In this role I was responsible for helping walk-in customers with any lighting concerns or questions. Product knowledge was extremely important, as it allowed me to ask the correct questions and guide customers in the right direction. My job entailed offering unique and flexible rental uniform and mat options to a variety of customers, as each company has specific wants and needs. Finding out what they want and what would/does work best for them and their organization, was a key factor to my success. I also represented Quintex at fundraisers and special events.

I was responsible for achieving monthly quotas, developing/maintaining a client base, extensive knowledge of products and accessories, generating new business through different marketing strategies, representing the company at social events, cold calling qualified sales prospects, working close with other departments within the organization to ensure complete customer satisfaction, vehicle demonstrations, negotiating the terms of a sales agreement and closing sales.

While working at The Keg, I greeted and welcomed guests to their seats, while also assisting the hostess' by answering the telephone. It was very crucial to have reliable memorization skills and to be an expert on the product's and menu items we offered. Knowing and understanding the background on how certain items were made, such as the "doneness" level of a steak, or how a guest would prefer their drink to be made, contributed to the success I achieved.
