Seasoned court specialist working endlessly to help serve the community of Englewood. Specializing in clerking dockets, customer service, data entry and administrative court duties. Versed in Colorado law and statutes as well as municipal code.

In this role, I examine judicial processes and procedures to drive improvement in state court system. One of my main duties is to devise best business practices materials and forms in regular manner; update on Judicial internal website. I also visit programs in each of 22 judicial districts and 64 counties. Furthermore, I research and ensure optimal data integrity for State of Colorado for local counties. I serve customers on daily basis via telephone, e-mail, or in person. Moreover, I support increment in overall performance of state court systems. I craft, publish, and distribute company's newsletter. In addition, I develop, distribute, track, and maintain yearly Mental Health contracts.A few of key accomplishments are mentioned below:• Collaborated closely with Department of Human Services and Office of Information Technology for transferring data between Judicial and Department.• Staffed and assisted with multiple committees, such as Public Access Committee, Clerk's Advisory Committee, Management Report Committee, Retention Manual Committee, and ICWA Committee.• Slashed timeline of contract return rate by migrating to online contract signing system.

During my stint here, I planned, managed, and executed statewide training programs and projects. One of my main duties was to inspect judicial processes and procedures to enhance state court system. Moreover, I updated and replaced training materials and forms on Intranet. I visited programs in each of 22 judicial districts and 64 counties. I also drafted management reports as well as migrated to COGNOS. Lastly, I assisted districts in development of action plan for utilization of management reports.A few of key accomplishments are mentioned below:• Played key role in supporting districts utilizing CQI to enhance compliance within Dependency and Neglect statute timeframes.• SuperUser Workshop Conference: Managed call for papers, facilitated planning/debrief meetings, administered budget, executed contracts, devised agenda and materials, trained facilitators, and processed reimbursements.• Convening on Children, Youth and Families: Facilitated districts at team meetings and chaired executive planning committee.

Here, I acted as SuperUser and Data Expert for Logan County as well as a member of Best Practice Court Team. My key duty was to process cases for juvenile, domestic, traffic, infraction, and county court civil cases. I also provided front-line customer service, such as answering phones, assisting customers at counter, and answering e-mails. Furthermore, I served as advocate for district on jPOD Development Group and Sprint Reviews. In addition, I created and processed juvenile appeals.My key accomplishment is mentioned below:• Augmented 57% of permanency compliance by gathering data and suggesting suitable solutions to all stakeholders and implementing small changes across board.
