Working with a number of organizations and facilities as the Head Office Administrator/Show Secretary, my duties included conducting full cycle accounting and payroll for up to 65 staff and officials. I procured and maintained top level staff for each weekly event as well as organized specialized staffing requirements for multiple international events throughout the year. I provided support and leadership to the administration staff so that they were able to provide exceptional customer service to a large clientele. I handled the contract negotiations needed for the organization’s registration with local, national and international governing bodies and was also responsible for ensuring that the competitions were conducted based on the rules and regulations of the governing bodies.
