Working with leadership and team members across the organization, I guide our teams through various process improvement initiatives to help identify and resolve inefficiencies, errors, and waste. I also work heavily with our deviation management software, trending incidents and looking for patterns in the data. Over the last couple of years, we have worked hard to formalize our small department and weave quality initiatives throughout all levels of the company. Our ultimate goal is to become more proactive with our services, identifying potential areas for deviation and inefficiency before they arise. As I learn all of the company processes, I also transform those processes into easily digested, clean, and clear documentation via technical writing.
