At camp a co-ed staff team and girls combine the founding principals of simple living in the outdoors with the warmth of community. Staff provided the girls with a caring, diverse and supportive environment combined with an extraordinary summer camp experience. Fernwood Cove gave me the opportunity use my creative skills learnt at La Trobe University as well as providing exceptional receptionist skills previously learnt to streamline admin processes and provide customer service skills for campers and their families other skills and qualities that I was able to take away from this terrific experience were;• Providing admin support to all camp managers• Responding to parent emails in a timely manner• Providing high-energy and enthusiasm while joining camper activities including and not limited to; singing, dancing, sport, fishing, surfing etc • Setting up and providing Australian activities for campers
