responsible for recruiting qualified host families for visiting students from Spain, ages 12-18.Interview Spanish candidates via Zoom in order to meet them, assess their English level, and learn about their interests. Recruit and interview host families as well as inspect homes and contact references for each family prior to the arrival of the exchange students. Conduct a pre-arrival meeting for the host families, organize and carry out 2-3 weekly events for host families and exchange students and will oversee the program as a whole while the exchange students are here which includes budgeting events, checking in on host families, organizing group outings.
