Extended a small organisation (NGO) serving mostly one population with telephone counselling to a national role player in telephone and face-to-face counselling at 17 service points throughout the country. High presence in child protection, HIV/AIDS services, training of lay counsellors and volunteer services based programmes. By 2006 org grew to 45 staff members and 150 volunteers.
