- Responsible for coordinating and executing the product production schedule, from managing placement/revision of purchase orders through the delivery of product.- Maintain and distribute total company on-order.- Provide daily insight and direction to factories producing Thirty-One products to ensure client standards are met.- Review top-of-production samples and provide feedback to maintain quality standards and reduce Consultant returns. - Serves as support to Sales/Planning and Merchandising teams by communicating shipment schedules and providing resolutions to inventory needs.- Help to reduce service level impact to Consultants by closely managing and expediting delivery of low-inventory and back-order items. - Gather weekly and seasonal shipping data to support Vendor Scorecard metrics.- Implemented and improved process to identify freight savings opportunities and manage call ship mode dates.- Assisted in the development and implementation of automated reporting to provide accurate and real-time order and shipment information.

- Impact buying decisions by providing feedback to account execs and using spreadsheets to track inventory- Foster cross-functional relationships to support brand strategies in a territory of up to 20 stores- Ensure that all brands are merchandised and presented properly, including promos and markdowns- Develop strong relationships in stores with associates and all levels of management, communicating trends, product knowledge, and selling information - conducting training sessions as necessary- Negotiate prime locations and additional capacity with regional store mgmt., reporting all issues and concerns - Complete store recaps, time sheets and expense reports
