I am an experienced and accomplished Community/ employment services leader with experience in managing, organising and coordinating the daily activities of Day Program and Respite Housing Participants within the local community & networking with many training organisations to assist in addressing their future goals and life pathways. Supported holiday packages as well as independent living skills programs.Through my current position I have gained experience and knowledge supporting Indigenous and CALD individuals. I possess a high level of knowledge and understanding of cultural needs. I have worked both locally and in the Northern Territory to support, develop networks and build partnerships with Indigenous community members ,mainstream stakeholders and health service programs.
