As the Head of Supporter Participation at RSPB, I gained experience in developing and implementing strategies that inspire and mobilize people to protect nature and wildlife. I have a passion for creating supporter journeys that maximize impact and foster long-term relationships with our diverse and growing community of donors, volunteers, and advocates.With a background in strategic engagement and research across private, public, and non-profit sectors, I have strong skills in performance audit and evaluation, report writing, and insight generation. I use data and evidence to inform and shape policy and strategy, and to measure and communicate our outcomes and achievements. I am also a certified TEFL instructor, mental health first aider, and fluent in three languages, which enable me to connect and collaborate with various stakeholders and audiences.
