We specialize in environmental litigation, environmental permitting and regulatory counsel, project development for industrial facilities, and DOT shipping regulations with an emphasis in hazardous materials, specialities include RCRA, CERCLA, the Clean Air Act, the Clean Water Act and TSCA.

Drafting and reviewing numerous sales, supply, licensing, distribution, and independent contractor agreements. I have also developed several policies to ensure compliance with export law and federal and state labor laws.

Student Intern, I provided the District with opinions and advice on issues of environmental law, procurement law, real estate law, and tort law. I had ownership of several challenging projects, including reviewing a final environmental impact statement for a major watershed project, evaluating a Fifth Amendment Takings Clause claim for flood litigation, and working with staff attorneys to prepare a litigation report for the Department of Justice regarding an environmental remediation contract dispute. The Omaha District is responsible for flood control along the Missouri River, including the management of six dams. As part of this management, I assisted in negotiating and reviewing several mitigation bank plans and flood easements.
