Associate, Team Leder For Project Controls
Current- Leading the team of Project Manager Coordinators for the Buildings Sector to support multiple Markets and needs
- Developing and communicating best practices for the PMO, including: -Creating content for and maintaining the Sector-specific Learning Center content, -Conducting large- and small-scale trainings, and -Monitoring.
- Working with leadership on strategic projects to strengthen the Sector and company as a whole
- Brainstorming ways to better streamline projects by analyzing where time and/or money can be saved, or risk can be mitigated by updating current processes.
- Coordinating with Project Managers, engineering teams, internal, and external clients in order to deliver quality, timely, and budget-friendly projects that exceed expectations.
- Collaborating with engineers, designers, and other team members on submittals, requests for information, change orders, and other tracking items, as well as maintaining records and logs of communications and tasks.
