Instructional Coach and Professional Development Presenter with Ronnis Systems Inc., specializing in Beginning Teacher Support Programs, Teach Like a Champion, Direct Instruction, and In-Class Coaching. With degrees in Early Childhood Education and Early Childhood Intervention from The University of Akron in Akron, Ohio, Amanda has spent her teaching career at the Elementary Level. Identified early in her teaching career as distinguished in instructional delivery, classroom management, and professionalism she earned an award for Beginning Teacher of the Year, served as a Grade Level Lead, and earned promotion to Dean of Students. As Dean of Students, she provided staff professional development and follow-up coaching in instruction and classroom management. Amanda served as a Testing Coordinator for Universal Screeners and State Tests, and Assistant Principal in a K-8 Tuition-free Public Charter School. In 2017 Mrs. Maple and her implementation team’s impact on student achievement was recognized for exceeding academic growth in North Carolina for 3rd-5th grade and received the governor's award from the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction. Amanda became an instructional coach in 2018, working in both traditional public schools and public charter schools. In this position, she leads professional development on Instructional Delivery, Direct Instruction, Classroom Environment & Management, and School Culture. Working side-by-side with administrators to analyze student data, she develops plans to meet student needs and provides instructional and management support to teachers. Mrs. Maple’s passion lies in education and children, she believes that teachers are world changers, that learning is a lifelong pursuit, and that every child can learn when someone believes in them.
