• Subsurface team lead and Reservoir Engineer Technical Authority (TA) with 24 years of experience and a proven track record of project delivery and integration through multi-disciplinary teams from exploration though to execute including Well, Reservoir and Facilities Management, integrated production system forecasting, SEC compliant reserves reporting, production operations and brownfield projects.• The 24 years of experience spans projects in UK North Sea, West of Shetland, Central and Southern North Sea, Norwegian North Sea, Australia, Nigeria, onshore Germany, Poland and The Netherlands.• Manage coaching and development of the team with support of the discipline leads to enable core and non-core competency development which is challenging in a Non Operated Venture (NOV) environment.• Field development and re-development planning, well design and flow assurance including big bore wells and tight oil and gas developments.• Dynamic Reservoir Simulation, field development planning, wells, reservoir and facility management of onshore, platform/sub sea oil and gas condensate assets including artificial lift and water flooded developments.• Well test design and analysis in complicated reservoir settings including multiwell interference testing and vertical/horizontal multi fracced wells.• Multidisciplinary team working, particularly in subsurface/surface engineering integration issues during field development and routine operations.• Currently managing a team of 12+ of subsurface staff and integrating required disciplines to deliver projects in exploration and development.
