In 2020 I began to research, plan and implement a program for kids affected by the pandemic to maintain and increase fitness levels. While it began as a way to keep the kids engaged during the pandemic (with the added bonus of allowing their parents to work), it has now adapted to become a summer and holiday camp that provides services during the parent's workday. This program has had excellent, proven results. Some of the responsibilities and accomplishments are as follows: • Set schedules and communicated with clients to build solid client base.• Formulated creative lesson plans specially tailored to elite soccer training.• Reworked plans and techniques to get optimum results.• Social media, promotional video editing and marketing.

Was hired to fill the educational gaps caused by the covid crisis. Lead small groups to bring student up to grade level.
