In 2020 I began to research, plan and implement a program for kids affected by the pandemic to maintain and increase fitness levels. While it began as a way to keep the kids engaged during the pandemic (with the added bonus of allowing their parents to work), it has now adapted to become a summer and holiday camp that provides services during the parent's workday.
