I am currently a Senior Advisor working on a Canadian Human Rights Tribunal (CHRT) File that supports First Nation and Inuit children with health, social and educational needs. This role allows me to utilize my problem solving and organizational skills in addition to analytical strengths all while showing empathy and sensitivity towards others. My passion ultimately lies in sports and recreation, and the benefits they have on one’s mental health. Sports and recreational activities have always played a major role in my life, from creating friendships in a new city overseas to building leadership skills and responsibility as a youth. My love for sports and mental health lead me to completing a diploma in Health and Fitness Promotions, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. I am a conscientious and motivated individual who is willing to learn new skills and thrives in a fast-paced environment, who would love to bring the positive impacts of sport and recreation to the next generation.
