As a Jr Recruitment Specialist at Instant Teams, I support the recruitment and placement of remote workers for various projects and clients. I use ClickUp, a cloud-based project management tool, to organize, schedule, and track the recruitment process. I have obtained the ClickUp Novice and Intermediate Certificates to enhance my efficiency and proficiency with this tool.I have a passion for photography and studied it at Salem High School. I have also applied my creative and visual skills to various roles in retail, marketing, and office assistance. I have over 20 years of experience in these fields, working for major companies such as Walmart, Target, Petco, and Ritz Camera. I have also volunteered for the Navy as a Family Ombudsman and a Homecoming Committee Member, where I provided resources, information, and support to the families and crew of the USS Miami and USS Providence.
